Mexijars was born from a passion for food preservation and the desire to bring authentic Mexican flavors to everyday life in Canada. After moving abroad, I realized that cooking for one person was not always practical, and finding genuine Mexican dishes often meant going to restaurants and paying a high price. To recreate the taste of home in a simple and accessible way, I began crafting my own preserves and that’s how Mexijars came to life.
